Equal-Plus is a specialist in high quality and efficient SAP implementations. The Equal-Plus strategy for achieving success is based upon five major principles:

The consultant team is tailor-made for the client’s needs in terms of both SAP functionality and end market application. Once the details of the client's business and requirements are well-understood,  Equal-Plus takes team chemistry, interpersonal skills, communication, and ownership into consideration when assembling a project team. As a result, the client receives a team that achieves the client's expectations and can do so in an efficient manner. 

2. Utilize a systematic implementation approach
The implementation process is optimized for both quality and timeliness, with deliverables specified for each step and quality checks between major steps. 

3. Employ superior project management techniques and tools
We want to ensure that the projects starts and stays on track. Before launching the project kick-off at full speed, Equal-Plus will take the time to learn the client's business up front in the discovery phase. This allows our company to develop the preliminary scope documents, plan long-lead items and draft the preliminary project plan to pave the way for a successful and smooth transition.
